LO3: Linking audio and visual effects

In order to create a film that has good sound we had to re record the audio as mentioned in the audio edit. This is because the microphone we used didn't pick up the audio from the actors or had a large amount of background noise. Because of this we had to call in the actors to record the voice lines in the studio. We did this by showing them the video and asking them to say their lines trying their best to link it up to the video. This went well apart from a few lines and allowed us to work on linking the audio to the visuals. We also had to work on applying audio effects to the phone calls in order to make them sound like they were speaking through the phone. We did this by lowering the volume and giving it a muffled effect by applying a high pass filter to the audio. This makes it sound like Barnes is speaking to John on the phone.
